Hosmer, age 86, formerly of Brunswick, died Sunday September 27, 2009 at Central Maine Medical Center, Lewiston. She was born in Brunswick April 12, 1923 a daughter of Arthur H. and Alice Laliberte St. Pierre. She attended Brunswick schools and married Glen Hosmer in Camden, ME November 2, 1972. She lived with her husband in Brunswick until their move to Bath in 2004. She worked as a clerk for over 40 years between F.W. Horch, Brunswick and Senters, Brunswick. She had served as a communicant at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Brunswick, and was a member of the Divine Mercy Prayer Group and the Healing Team at St. Mary’s, Bath. Her friends and family knew her as a uniquely bashful, but trusting and accepting person, who recognized the goodness in everyone. She loved seafood and especially enjoyed her weekly Chinese dinner with her husband. She is predeceased by four brothers, Edward St. Pierre, Rev. Arthur St. Pierre, Paul St. Pierre, Reginald St. Pierre; two sisters, Margaret St. Pierre, Sister Mary J. St Pierre, Sister of Mercy, Portland. She is survived by her husband Glen of Bath; a brother George St. Pierre of Somerville, MA; a sister, Sister Priscilla St. Pierre, Sister of Providence, Holyoke, MA; nieces and nephews.
