Name: Vivian C. Hart Date: October 11th, 1925 - September 4th, 2009 Obituary: Viviane C. Hart, age 83 of Brunswick, died Friday, September 4, 2009 at Mid Coast Senior Health Center. Born in Brunswick on October 11, 1925, she was the daughter of William and Marie St. Onge Charron. Her husband of 52 years, Captain George L. Hart, USN, died in January 1997. She is predeceased by brothers, Felix, Raymond and William Charron; and sisters, Lucille and Lorraine. Surviving are her son, Dana L. Hart and his wife Mary Ellen of Gloucester, MA; two daughters, Diane M. Hart of North Adams, MA, and Patricia A. Hart of Arlington,VA; and her sister, Charmaine Lewis of Florida. Playing a pivotal role in her husband's Naval career by coordinating the family's frequent moves to postings in the U.S. and to Guam, Viviane also worked for several years as an administrative assistant for the Navy. She was a frequent volunteer at military hospitals in various locations. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM Thursday, September 10, at St. Charles Borromeo Church, McKeen Street, Brunswick. Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
